In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Netbase JSC, and "you" means the person or organisation using the site. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. Purpose of the site

The site provides information about Netbase's software and automation delivery services, buyer guides, anonymised Work records and a way to send us a project brief. It is intended for business and professional users.

2. No offer and no contract

Nothing on the site is an offer, a quotation or a commitment to provide a service on particular terms. Descriptions of services, delivery models, timelines and outcomes are general information. Sending us a project brief is a request for review; it does not create an agreement, an order or any obligation for either side. A project, its scope, fees and obligations exist only under a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

3. Accuracy of content

We take care to keep the site accurate and to source material claims as described in our methodology. However, the content is provided for general information, may become out of date and is not professional, legal, financial or technical advice for your situation. You should make your own enquiries before relying on it. Buyer guides and comparison frameworks are written by the operator of a delivery business and are not independent rankings.
