About OutsourcingVN

OutsourcingVN is a website for companies that need a software or automation outcome but do not want to build every capability in-house. It helps a buyer describe the problem, understand how a delivery project would be governed, and send one structured brief to a team that can take responsibility for it.

OutsourcingVN is operated by Netbase JSC. It is Netbase's own project-outsourcing site. It is not a marketplace, a freelancer platform or an independent ranking of providers, and it does not pretend to be one.

Many outsourcing conversations start with rates, CVs and headcount. Those are real inputs, but they rarely decide whether a project succeeds. Projects usually go wrong because nobody agreed what "done" means, who can approve a change, which systems the team may touch, or how the work is handed back. OutsourcingVN starts with those questions instead.

Every page on the site is written to help you make one of three decisions: whether your need is ready to become a project, which kind of project it is, and whether Netbase is a sensible team to deliver it. If the honest answer to the last question is no, we would rather say so early.

Netbase JSC is a software and digital-solutions company founded in 2012 and headquartered in Hanoi, Vietnam. It began with e-commerce products and solutions, delivered e-commerce projects from 2013 to 2015, and added consulting and outsourcing services in 2016. Netbase has served more than 500 clients. Its clients are in the United States, Europe and Asia-Pacific, and most of its projects come from clients outside Vietnam.

The "VN" in the name reflects where the company started and where its core delivery capability sits. It does not limit where our buyers are, and it does not mean every contributor is based in Vietnam.

Service pages define a type of outcome and its boundaries. Work records describe projects Netbase has delivered, at the level of detail the evidence and client permissions allow; most are anonymised. Buyer guides such as the Vietnam outsourcing guide explain a decision without hiding who wrote them.

What you will not find: unverified rankings, invented statistics, client names we are not allowed to use, or promises of a business result that depends on factors outside a delivery team's control.

Every material claim on the site is recorded in an internal claim register with its source, owner and review date. When our own historical materials disagree, we publish the lower or narrower figure. Comparison and directory content always discloses that Netbase operates the site. The methodology page sets out the full rules, including how to ask for a correction.
