Produce clean, efficient, scalable, and testable code based on specifications.
Work with stakeholders to clarify requirements for your own work.
Review / Refactor code of team members.
Analyze complex design and implement high-quality products.
Help technical leaders to make technical decisions.
Coach, train, and support team members.
Help project / technical leaders to interview new candidates.
